Payment
Please confirm that the credit card information has been filled in correctly. If the problem persists, check with your credit card issuer or try a different payment method (i.e. PayPal). You may also try to use a different payment method, i.e. PayPal. If the payment still fails, please send us a screenshot of the error message so that we may further assist you.

Order
Shipping
The exact delivery cost is determined at the time of checkout and is based on operating costs, taxes, number of items, weight, and volume of all the items in your cart. Our goal is to give you the lowest possible prices for each market.
Delivery costs depend on your receipt address. If the delivery address is a remote area, the delivery cost may be higher than usual.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed you will not be able to change the delivery method. Double-check that you have entered your address correctly before confirming your order.
OSOTEK offers Standard Shipping for customers, and Free Standard Shipping is usually available on the OSOTEK HotWave. The listed delivery options and estimated delivery date can vary depending on many factors, such as package weight, package size, and delivery address.
If you believe that your package is lost or missing, contact support-global@osotek.com. We will carry out a full investigation to determine the next steps. Once we obtain all relevant information, it will take five business days to process. We will do our best to handle your case as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to change the address after the product has shipped. Please double-check that you have correctly entered your delivery address while placing your order. If the wrong address is entered and you have already processed the payment, you can cancel the order to place a new order or contact our customer service as soon as possible: email us at support-global@osotek.com.
