Here are possible causes and corresponding solutions:
The battery is depleted Fully charge the vacuum before using it again.
The battery has overheated and is in overheating protection mode Try again after the battery temperature returns to normal.
The dirty water tank or the roller brush barare not installed properly Properly install the dirty water tank and the roller brush bar.
The dirty water tank is full Empty and clean the dirty water tank and reinstall it.
The clean water tank is out of water Return the vacuum to the base station to add water.
The floor brush or the pipeline of the dirty water tank are blocked Clean the floor brush and the pipeline.

Here are possible causes and corresponding solutions:
The vacuum is in-process of a maintenance task The vacuum cannot be charged while refilling water, self-cleaning, or drying. The vacuum will automatically start charging after completing the maintenance task.
The base station is not plugged in Plug the original power cord into a secure power outlet to charge the base station.
The power cord is not the original one provided with the product Use the original power cord provided with your product.
The vacuum is not properly placed on the base station After putting the vacuum back in the base station, check the vacuum's position to make sure it is placed correctly.

The voice notification is disabled. Press and hold the Voice Button on the back of the body of the HotWave for three seconds to enable the voice notification.

Here are possible causes and corresponding solutions:
The base station's main water tank is out of water Remove the main water tank from the base station and refill it at your sink with tap water. Replace the main water tank in the base station, and it will refill the vacuum.
The base station is not plugged in Plug the original power cord provided with the vacuuminto a secure power outlet to charge the base station.

Here are possible causes and corresponding solutions:
The dirty water tank is full → Detach and clean the dirty water tank and then reinstall it.
The dirty water tank is not properly installed Make sure to install the dirty water tank properly.
The battery is low or depleted Keep the vacuum at the base station to let its battery charge. Self-cleaning will start when the battery is at a sufficient level of power.
